The Sulfur Caveis the centerpiece of this update, turning the biome into a richer and more atmospheric underground destination. You can now discover glowing Sulfur Tear, drifting Vapor Moss, reactive Fuming Fungi, and valuable sulfur and cinnabar resources scattered through the depths.
The cave is also more dangerous and more rewarding to explore. Brimstings now haunt the darkness with eerie movement and sounds, while five sulfur-touched vanilla mob variants make every encounter more threatening. Defeating them can reward Sulfur Dust, Cinnabar Dust, and Sulfur Pollen, opening up new crafting, fuel, and brewing opportunities.
To help players survive the hazards, this update also introduces the Respirator helmet for resisting nausea and poison, alongside Crackers, sticky explosives that cling to walls and ceilings before detonating. All of this is wrapped in a stronger sulfur atmosphere, with new particles, sounds, item visuals, ambient cave life, and updated cave generation making the Sulfur Cave feel like a major new place to explore.
