Can I download Eternal End Add-On for free?
No, Eternal End is exclusively available through the official Minecraft Marketplace.
Any "free" versions offered by third parties are unauthorized and not legally distributed. What happens when I add Eternal End to my existing world?
All add-ons can be added to existing worlds and this is also the case for Eternal End. But there is something important to consider:
The world generation will only be applied to newly generated chunks, so any previously generated chunk will remain unaffected. This can lead to rough transitions to our new biomes & terrains. Contrary to how Vanilla handles it, we unfortunately do not have the option of blending chunks smoothly.
If you have never entered the End or have only been in the Center Island, there is no need to worry! Otherwise, we strongly recommend creating a copy of your world beforehand and trying it out with Eternal End first to see if and to what extent you are affected.

In general, it is ALWAYS advisable to make a backup / copy of your world before adding a new add-on as there can always be compatibility issues.
What happens when I remove Eternal End from my world?
Like any add-on, custom blocks added by the add-on may be left behind when the add-on is removed from the world. This is done deliberately by Minecraft so that these things are not lost if you accidentally remove your add-on. If this happens to you, simply add Eternal End back to the world!
Please also note that once you have generated chunks with Eternal End in the End Dimension, these chunks will remain as they are - even if the add-on has been removed.

Is Eternal End compatible with other world generation Add-Ons?
We currently do not officially guarantee compatibility with any other world generation add-on. But in theory any Overworld or Nether generation add-on should not be a problem as Eternal End does nothing in these dimensions.
Otherwise you just have to test it. We recommend testing this on a copy of your world so that you can always switch back if the result is not what you hoped for.

Is Eternal End compatible with other VFX or Animation Add-Ons?
While we do not officially guarantee compatibility, we don't see any issues with other VFX add-ons. Also, in case any of our VFX collides with other ones, we offer settings to disable ours.
