Dispute resolution

The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for online dispute resolution. It may serve as a focal point for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes arising from online sales- or service contracts. It can be reached at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, CHUNK does not participate in facultative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body in Europe.

Liability for contents

As a content aggregator and search engine, CHUNK is not responsible for the content displayed on this site. We do not create, endorse, or monitor the content transmitted or stored by third-party sources.

We are not obligated to monitor or review third-party information or investigate circumstances that might indicate illegal activity.
